The Harder Group provides a full range of hair, make-up and wardrobe services for all production and personal needs, bringing alive each client’s concept with skill and artistry.  After a decade of experience working in both fashion/wardrobe and make-up/hair, founder and principal artist Kyle Harder recognized a need in the industry for better coordination of services and greater job efficiencies while maintaining a high level of artistry and attention to detail.  She built a team of hair-stylists, make-up artists and wardrobe stylists each selected by her for their knowledge, skill, artistry, experience and professionalism.  She has worked with each artist and knows each ones unique skills, talents, personality, set etiquette, and styling aesthetic.  Because of her own contacts, relationships and experience, she is able to      

match each client to the perfect artist or team so that every hair, make-up and wardrobe job is performed efficiently and effectively with the highest quality of work and artistry.

    The collective experience of the Company’s team includes television, film, Broadway, bridal, runway, fashion, advertising, editorial, commercial and corporate, special events, politicians, celebrities and socialites.  Make-up artists offer traditional beauty to avant-garde looks, special effects, tattoos and full body art for all types of print and other media, special events and personal requirements.  Hair-stylists will provide color, cut, up-do styling, casual and natural looks, braids and lyrical styles.  Wardrobe/fashion stylists are able to create any look desired, handling all fashion and wardrobe tasks whether for a full production or for a personalized shopping spree.  Each artist has extensive training and participates in the company’s ongoing training seminars so each is knowledgeable in the latest techniques and technologies.  All of the artists stand out because of their artistry, creativity and love of their chosen profession.
